- Panic in the Streets (1950) [Raymond Fitch]: Shot twice in the back by fellow hoodlum Jack Palance after he says he's going to give himself up. (He is still alive when last seen, but we hear a news broadcast stating one person was killed and it's confirmed he was the one as he was shot.)
- The Front (1976) [Hecky Brown]: Commits suicide by jumping from a hotel window off-camera. His funeral is then shown.
TV Deaths[]
- The Muppet Show: Zero Mostel (1977) [Zero Mostel]: In the "Fears of Zero" sketch, he ceases to exist when his greatest fear stops believing in him and dismisses him, as he had dismissed his lesser fears. (Played for comic effect.)
