- Anguish (1987) [Alice Pressman, the Mother]: In a film within film, she's stabbed repeatedly by her brainwashed son (Michael Lerner) who then presumably gouges out her eyes with a scalpel.
- Poltergeist III (1988) [Tangina Barrons]: Turns into a corpse when Heather O'Rourke's spirit doppelgänger reaches through the mirror and touches her, while Tom Skerritt, Nancy Allen and Richard Fire look on in shock; Lara Flynn Boyle's spirit doppelgänger then breaks out of her corpse. She reappears later as a spirit, escorting Nathan Davis's spirit into the afterlife while Nancy looks on.
- Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006) [Mrs. Collinwood]: Either hacked to death with mini sytche or died from heart attack
- Southland Tales (2007) [Dr. Katarina Kuntzler]: Killed in an explosion, along with everybody else on the Mega-Zeppelin, when Lou Taylor Pucci fires a rocket launcher at it.
