Slice (2018) [Astrid]: Stabbed in the back by Katherine Cunningham while talking to Austin Vesely in an alley way. She becomes a ghost (not the traditional ghost, but a pale faced humanoid of sorts who can still be seen by the living) throughout the rest of the film.
Bullet Train (2022) [Carrie Kate Davis The Hornet]: Poisoned with her own snake venom by Brad Pitt when he injects the contents of the syringe into her neck before injecting himself with the anti-venom. She struggles around the carriage bleeding from her eyes before collapsing and dying.
