- The Jeffersons: Homecoming, Part 1 (1978) [Mother Olivia Jefferson]: Dies (off-screen) of old age/natural causes; we learn of her death during some dialogue between Sherman Hemsley and Isabel Sanford. Zara doesn't actually appear in this episode, as it was produced after her real-life death; this episode establishes the character's death. Her last appearance was in the 1977 episode The Last Leaf.
