The Rage: Carrie 2 (1999) [Eric Stark]: Accidentally shot in the groin (castrating him in the process, with said body part flying into the pool) by Rachel Blanchard's harpoon gun when she blindly turns and fires after Rachel's glasses break thanks to Emily Bergl's telekinetic powers, he dies alongside Rachael as he spasms from shock/blood-loss while Emily steps over him.
