Hellraiser III: Hell On Earth (1992) [Boiler Room Patron]: Stabbed in the chest with a pool stick by Pinhead (Doug Bradley).
Warlock: The Armageddon (1993) [Douglas]: Killed (off-screen) by Julian Sands so he can steal his clothes.
Cupid (1997) [Eric Rhodes]: Stabbed with an arrow by Ashley Laurence.
Hatchet III (2013) [Sheriff Fowler]: Half-decapitated by Kane Hodder with a belt sander.

Surviving (1985; TV film) [Rick Brogan]: Commits suicide, along with Molly Ringwald, by carbon monoxide poisoning when they leave the car engine running in a closed garage. Their bodies are shown afterwards when Molly's parents (Marsha Mason and Paul Sorvino) discover them, carry them out to the yard and attempt to revive them.
Tales From The Crypt: Strung Along (1992) [David]: Killed (off-screen) along with Patricia Charbonneau by Coco the marionette, their bodies are later seen hanging from their bed strung up like puppets.
Star Trek: Voyager: In the Flesh (1998) [Ensign David Gentry]: Killed himself by releasing a cellular toxin into his bloodstream when Robert Picardo wanted a sample of his DNA to identify his species, Species 8472.
