- Guyver: Bio Booster Armor: Transformation Tragedy (1992; anime) [Fumio Fukamachi/Enzyme II]: Disintergrated by the unsconscious Sho Fukamachi/Guyver I (Takeshi Kusao) with the Mega Smasher, due to Guyver I operating in self-defense mode as a result of Enzyme II destroying Sho's brain early in the battle. As he dies, he cries out Sho's name.
- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: To the Battleground Antarctica (1995; anime) [Inspector Acht]: Dies in the explosion of his Aries when Trowa (Shigeru Nakahara) slices it apart in several rolls with the Heavyarms's combat knife.
- Code Geass: Operation Pacific Ocean Ambush (2008; anime) [Ryouga Senba]: Killed by Gino Weinberg (Soichiro Hoshi) when his Gekka gets impaled by one of the Tristan's MVS Polearms as he travels inside the Britannian airship with Kyoshiro Tohdoh (Yuji Takada).
- YuYu Hakusho [Butajiri, Genbu and Helen]: Tesshō Genda makes Butajiri's head explode; Genbu has his heart destroyed by Megumi Ogata; Helen is vivisected by Tesshō Genda as a test by Kenichi Ogata.
