- Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) [Lex Diaper (death by head shoved through ass)]: Decapitated when the Toxic Avenger (David Mattey) punches his head off, after first slamming Yaniv's head against the floor so hard that his head emerges from his rectum. After Toxie goes to the parallel universe, Yaniv's counterpart is beaten to death in a fight with Toxie. (Played for comic effect.)
