- The Princess Blade (Shura Yukihime) (2001) [Aya]: Shot to death by Shiro Sano.
- Battle Royale II (Batoru rowaiaru II: Rekuiemu) (2003) [Maki Hayada]: Shot in the chest in a shoot-out. (I haven't seen this, but got the information from a plot summary.)
- The Grudge (2004) [Yoko]: Jaw torn off (off-screen) by the ghosts in the house; we only see her being pulled up into the attic. She appears as a ghost/zombie afterwards when Ted Raimi encounters her.
- Infection (Kansen) (2004) [Nurse]: Killed by the infection after she gets spattered with Mari Hoshino’s blood; her body is shown afterwards when Michiko Hada discovers her.
- Sway (Yureru) (2006) [Chieko Kawabata]: Falls off of a bridge.
