- Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) [Colonel Dietrich]: Melts after the supernatural forces inside the Ark of the Covenant are unleashed, destroying all the Nazis present.
- Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011) [Doctor Hoffmanstahl]: Shot with a poison dart (off-screen) by Paul Anderson on Jared Harris' orders; his body is shown afterwards when Robert Downey Jr discovers him. (Thanks to Tommy)
