- 1776 (1972) [John Adams]: Dies (off-screen) of a heart attack, several years after the movie ends.
- The Parallax View (1974) [Austin Tucker]: Killed in an explosion, along with William Jordan, by a bomb concealed on his boat. (Warren Beatty, being further away from the blast, survives the explosion.)
TV Deaths[]
- T.H.E. Cat: The Ring of Anasis (1966) [Tony Webb] Crushed when a statue gets knocked over and falls on him during a fight with Robert Loggia in the art gallery.
- Quincy, M.E.: A Star Is Dead (1976) [Paul Reardon]: Shot in the chest by Peter Palmer in the hallway outside the inquest.
- Greatest Heroes of the Bible: Joshua & Jericho (1978) [Chasrubal]: Stabbed by one of Robert Culp's followers in the raid on Jericho.
- Boy Meets World: And Then There Was Shawn (1998) [Mr. Feeny]: Stabbed in the back with scissors by the killer (Rider Strong) (off screen); his body is seen later on when Rider (as different character), Ben Savage, Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle, Trina McGee-Davis and Matthew Lawrence see his body in the hallway, before it falls over. This is all revealed to be a dream Rider is having, so Daniels survives the episode in reality.
- Grey's Anatomy: Beautiful Doom (2012) [Dr. Craig Thomas] Dies of a heart attack in front of Sandra Oh.
