- Too Many Cooks (2014) [Chris Cook]: Decapitated with a machete by William Tokarsky while Will is midway through transforming into his super-hero persona; because of the double-exposure effect of his transformation, two severed heads (one masked and one unmasked) are sent flying through the air. (Played for comic effect.)
