Sarafina! (1992) [Mary Masembuko]: Killed (off-screen) in prison; we learn of her death afterwards when Leleti Khumalo is informed. (Thanks to David)

National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1 (1993) [Sergeant Billy York]: Shot repeatedly in the chest and stomach by Tim Curry while he interrogates her (asking more questions after each shot). Her body is shown again afterwards when Samuel L. Jackson and Dr. Joyce Brothers investigates the crime scene, and again later on when Samuel wheels her out on a gurney for J.T. Walsh to identify. The Lion King (1994; animated) [Shenzi]: Presumably incinerated in a fire caused by lightning while eating Scar (Jeremy Irons). Debatable, as the sequel confirms some hyenas to still be alive, but given the number of hyenas seen during the song, it is likely not all hyenas partook in this mutiny, and that those that did perished while those that did not survived and escaped.

Star Trek: Generations (1994) [Guinan]: Killed along with Marina Sirtis, Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Gates McFadden, Patti Yasutake and the rest of the Enterprise-D crew when Malcolm McDowell fires a missile into the nearby sun. Patrick Stewart later undoes that time continuum and everyone on the ship survives the outcome of the film.
