  • The Private Life of Henry VIII (1933) [Jane Seymour]: Dies in childbirth (off-screen). We only see Charles Laughton being informed of her death; her body is not shown.
  • The Saint Takes Over (1940) [Ruth Summers]: When the police arrive at the front of Cy Kendall's office block he escapes out the back, where Wendy is waiting for him. They exchange gunfire, he dies at once but she takes two bullets in the chest and dies a little later in the arms of George Sanders. (Thanks to Brian)
