Batman Beyond: Joyride (1999; animated) [Dr. Price]: Presumably dies (off-screen), after being severely wounded when she crashes. We last see her when she tells Batman (Will Friedle) to go after the gang. Batman asks if she'll be okay, and she responds "In another few minutes it won't matter, now go!"
Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness: A Stitch in Time (2014; animated) [Fenghuang]: Sent into oblivion by the Shuyong Tree.
Bojack Horseman: Free Churro (2018; animated) [Beatrice Horseman]: Dies offscreen of dementia. The entire episode revolves around BoJack (Will Arnett) making a eulogy for her funeral, only to find out he is at the wrong one.
Not Dead Yet: Not Polite Yet (2024): [Mary Sue Manners]: Died choking to death without asking for help some time before the episode begins. her ghost appears to Gina Rodriguez until she passes on when Gina finishes her obituary.
