- Ninja Scroll (1995; anime) [Kagero]: Stabbed in the chest by Himmuro Genma (Richard Epcar), she later dies in Jubei's (Dean Wein) arms.
- Barefoot Gen (1995; anime) [Eiko Nakaoka]: Burned to death along with her father (Kirk Thornton), and brother (Brianne Siddall) when their house collapses on them and catches on fire following the atomic bomb being dropped on Hiroshima.
- Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (2000) [Charlotte]: Possibly dies from being bitten on the neck by Julia Fletcher; the film leaves it ambiguous whether she died or became a vampire.
TV Deaths[]
- Power Rangers Zeo: Rangers of Two Worlds, Part II (1996) [Impursonator]: Destroyed by the Warrior Wheel.
- Cyborg Soldier 009: Old Friends (2004; anime) [Mary]: Blown up with Shinichi (Derek Stephen Prince) and Masaru (Tony Oliver) by Van Bogoot (Steven Jay Blum) right in front of Joe/009 (Joshua Seth).
- Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG: DI: Face - MAKE UP (2006; anime) [Kaori Kawashima]: Posing as Pazu (Bob Buchholz) due to face sculpting technology, she runs into the real Pazu and provokes a knife fight with him, being slashed across the chest. At the end of the fight, she was stabbed in her right eye by Pazu.
- Code Geass: The Cs' World (2009; anime) [The Nun]: After giving her code to C.C. (Kate Higgins), she commits suicide.
- Bleach: Testament, Your Heart is Right Here... (2009; anime) [Aaroniero Arruruerie]: Killed after the containment tube that was housing their masks is destroyed by Rukia (Michelle Ruff), with the female mask dying from exposure as it cries out to Aizen (Kyle Hebert). (Role shared with Keith Silverstein.)
- Bleach: Ishida's Strategy, the 20-Second Offense and Defense (2009; anime) [Menoly Mallia/Lumina]: Lumina is turned into a ball of pure spirit energy and devoured by Szayelaporro (Ben Diskin); Menoly survives the episode.
- Fate/Zero: Where Justice is Found (2013; anime) [Natalia Kaminski]: As Natalia flies the hijacked Airbus A310 close to New York, she has one final conversation with Kiritsugu (Matthew Mercer), reminiscing on the time they spent together. As a reluctant Kiritsugu declares Natalia to be his real mother, he fires a Stinger missile at the A310, destroying it and killing Natalia, who smiles as the explosion consumes her.
- Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: Lit by a Blazing Sun (2018; anime) [Amida Arca]: Mortally wounded inside her Hyakuren by a Dainsleif shell, she dies after one final conversation with Naze (David Vincent).
- Demon Slayer: Things Are Gonna Get Real Flashy!! (2022; anime) [Daki's Sash]: Cut to pieces by Tengen (Ray Chase).
Video Game Deaths[]
- Neverwinter Nights (2003) [Aribeth de Tylmarande]: Executed by Alan Shearman in the epilogue.
- Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (2007) [Succubus]: Killed by Yuri Lowenthal after he bested her in battle. (For the original 1997 English dub, see Barbara Whitlow).
- Danagnronpa V3: Killing Harmony (2017) [Miu Iruma]: Strangled to death in a virtual world by Kaiji Tang on orders from Derek Stephen Prince, which in turn caused her to die in the real world.
- Devil May Cry 5 (2019) [Trish/Eva]: Playing a dual role, "Eva" is killed (off-screen) by demons while looking for her son; "Trish" survives the game.
