- The Glory Guys (1965) [Lt. Mike Moran]: Stabbed in the chest with a tomahawk by a Native American warrior while retreating back to the wagon train defensive.
- Chamber of Horrors (1966) [Sgt. Jim Albertson]: Shot to death by Patrick O'Neal, with a gun attachment in place of Patrick's missing hand (by Patrick pulling the trigger with a long string through his coat). (Thanks to Michael)

- Wanted: Dead or Alive: Angela (1960) [Ash Langford]: Shot by Steve McQueen, right after Steve shoots Warren Oates.
- The F.B.I.: The Tormentors (1966) [Logan Clyde DuPree]: Shot by FBI agents after leaving the phone booth with Kurt Russell.
- The Invaders: The Spores (1967) [Police Lt. John Mattson]: Shot to death by John Randolph in the police, while Wayne is trying to kill John; as an alien, his body disintegrates after death. (Thanks to Brian)
- The F.B.I.: The Ninth Man (1968) [George Peters]: Shot by FBI agents (along with Burr DeBenning) while fleeing from their Jeep with the stolen money.
- Cannon: Call Unicorn (1971) [Steve]: Shot by William Conrad during a struggle over a gun and presumably died (off-screen) from his injuries.
- Chiefs: Part 1 (1983 TV mini-series) [Will Henry Lee]: Mistakenly shot to death by a fever stricken Norman Matlock thinking he was Lane Smith as Wayne was knocking on his door. Keith Carradine had a rifle trained on him with the intent to kill him as the incident happened because Wayne had figured out that he was the serial killer.
- Diagnosis: Murder: Physician, Murder Thyself (1997) [Dr. Ken Morrisay]: Poisoned after Jack Klugman tampers with Wayne's surgical gloves to allow phosphates in the iodine used in Jack's surgery to be absorbed into his skin; he staggers out of the operating room and dies in the hallway.
