One Magic Christmas (1985) [Harry Dickens]: To be added
Bingo (1991) [Four Eyes]: Shot and killed (off-screen) by a prison guard from the watch tower while he and the dog Bingo make their escape from prison at night. The scene cuts away as we hear the shot.
Cube (1997) [Rennes]: Killed when a death trap sprays acid in his face (causing his face to dissolve) when he triggers the trap by entering a room in the Cube. His body is seen again when the others discover it.
Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007) [Maynard Odet]: Blown up with a stick of dynamite by Henry Rollins after a brief struggle.
Survival of the Dead (2009) [Tawdry]: Eaten by zombies.

Something's Afoot (1982; TV play) [Flint]: Killed in an explosion when he walks into a gas-filled room after lighting his pipe; we only hear the explosion as he walks into the room just as Andy Gibb wonders whether he remembered to turn the gas off. (Played for comic effect.) (This was a televised stage play that aired on Showtime.)
