- Jack the Giant Killer (1962) [Garna]: Killed in a cave-in after Kerwin Mathews kills/destroys Torin Thatcher, causing the magic to destroy the castle.

- One Step Beyond: Front Runner (1959) [Sam Barry]: Killed (off-screen) in a horse race. He appears as a ghost when he causes Ben Cooper to lose a race, but we don't find out that he's dead until Ben is informed.
- One Step Beyond: The Stone Cutter (1959) [Peter Menzies]: Strangled by Joe Mantell, while Walter is working on a tombstone.
- Peter Gunn: See No Evil (1960) [Cliffie Thomas]: Mauled to death (off-screen) by Tor Johnson in a revenge killing set up by Lou Krugman and John Sebastian. His body is shown when Craig Stevens finds him behind a couch in his apartment.
- The Outer Limits: The Mutant (1964) [Dr. Riner]: Fatally injured when he falls while trying to keep the mutant Warren Oates from reading his mind; he dies after confessing to hypnotizing Larry Pennell.
- The Wild Wild West: The Night of the Cut-Throats (1967) [John P. Cassidy]: Killed by a blow to the head from Bradford Dillman's walking stick after getting shot in the arm by Beverly Garland; he dies after collapsing on the street outside the bank.
- The F.B.I.: Silent Partner (1969) [Benny Logan]: Accidentally falls to his death when he falls off the ladder of his apartment while trying to escape Robert Yuro.
