Heavy Metal (1981) [Barbarian Leader]: Punched in the face by a female warrior (who does not have a voice actress) at the end of a fight, in addition to having his throat slit with his own bladed weapon.
Scanners II: The New Order (1991) [Lt. Guy Gelson]: Head explodes when Raoul Max Trujillo uses his mental powers on Vlasta while he is being controlled by David Hewlett and Deborah Raffin.
Mother Night (1996) [August Krapptauer]: Dies of a heart attack while climbing up the stairs to Nick Nolte's apartment, as Nick, Bernard Behrens, Gerard Parkes, and Frankie Faison look on in shock.
Night of the Demons 3 (1997) [Lt. Dewhurst]: Heart torn out of his chest by Amelia Kinkade.
Stranger in the House (1997) [Alex Alexander]: Shot to death with a shotgun by Steve Railsback.

RED 2 (2013) [General McKennon]: Suffocated by Neal McDonough in Vlasta's office, after Vlasta threatens to go public with their operation.

Friday the 13th: The Series: The Charnel Pit (1990) [Professor Webster Eby]: Accidentally stabbed to death by Paul Coeur, after Paul is transported from the 18th century to the present by the cursed painting. Chris Wiggins then send Vlasta's and Paul's bodies through the painting in order to enable Louise Robey and Steve Monarque to safely return to the present.
The Jungle Book [Grizzle]: Stabbed with knife in neck by Julian Bailey.
Human Trafficking (2005; TV movie) [Tommy]: Shot to death in a shoot-out. (I can't recall the details; more information needed)
Killer Wave (2007; TV) [Heinz Litchner]: Stabbed in the back by one of Stephen McHattie's assassins when he tries to speak to Angus Macfadyen and Karine Vanasse about the truth he found.
