  • Set It Off (1996) [Francesca "Frankie" Sutton]: Shot in the back by police while trying to run away to a departing bus as John C. McGinley and Jada Pinkett Smith look on helplessly.
  • Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003) [Vernita Green]: Stabbed in the chest when Uma Thurman throws a knife at her in Vivica's kitchen, after Vivica shoots at Uma through a cereal box and misses (her body is later seen when her daughter returns to find her dead).
  • Mercenaries (2014) [Raven]: Blown up when she accidentally drives her car into a truck filled with various gas tanks when Nicole Bilderback tries to ram her plane into the pursuing Vivica.
  • Independence Day: Resurgence (2016) [Jasmine Hiller]: Falls to her death when she loses her grip from the rescue helicopter, as the hospital collapses underneath her due to the landing of the alien harvest mothership, while her son (Jessie T. Usher) watches on helplessly.
  • Miss Nobody (2010) [Nan Wilder]: Accidentally pushed in front of a subway train by Leslie Bibb, just after Leslie's character backed out of actually pushing her on purpose.

  • Femme Fatales: Extracurricular Activities (2012) [Dean Vera Rutledge]: Strangled by Aiden Simko. After he hits her with a nightstick, we hear her choking and see her legs kicking. Her body is shown again when Rick Copp finds her dead in her car.
  • Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated: The Midnight Zone (2012) [Cassidy Williams]: Blown up/Drowned in the underwater facility while deliberately choosing to stay behind to manually over a faulty control panel so that Scooby-Doo and the gang can get the submarine out of the area.
  • Sharknado 2: The Second One (2014 TV) [Skye]: Bitten in half by a flying shark, after she and Ian Ziering are thrown into the tornado by an explosion, they cause to . (Her death is prevented by 'Gill' (various actors) in the 2018 sequel: The Last Sharknado: It's About Time, when it shows that he 'leaped' her out before her death happened)
