The Prophecy 3: The Ascent (2000) [Zophael]: Heart ripped out when Dave Buzzotta reaches into a hole in his chest caused by being impaled with a motorcycle tailpipe, (on top of being shot repeatedly by Kayren Ann Butler to no effect).
Texas Rangers (2001) [Ed Simms]: Shot three times in the chest by Dylan McDermott.

Afterburn (1992 TV movie) [Capt. Ted "Hardball" Harduvel]: Killed in a plane crash.
