Vigilante Force (1976) [Linda Christopher]: Shot in the back by Kris Kristofferson. (Thanks to John).

Dallas: Fall of the House of Ewing (1987) [Pamela Barnes Ewing]: Killed when a truck crashes into her car, causing an explosion. (There were few attempts/cliffhangers to bring her 'Pam Ewing' character back, but none succeeded) (I haven't seen this myself, but it's somewhat famous).
Beyond Obsession (1994; TV film) (A Daughter's Secret; The Traci DiCarlo Story) [Eleanor DeCarlo]: Killed by Henry Thomas. (Thanks to Portsguy).
