  • Star Trek: The Next Generation: Heart of Glory (1988) [Korris] Shot with a phaser by Michael Dorn when Vaughn threatens to destroy the ship, causing Vaughn to fall through the glass to the deck below. (Vaughn was wearing heavy Klingon make-up for the role.)
  • High Desert Kill (1989) [Paul Bettencamp] Dies in an accident. A creature takes over his body and dies again after it's electrocuted.
  • Star Trek: Voyager: Eye of the Needle (1995) [Telek R'Mor]: Dies of unspecified causes during the intervening years, after he visits Voyager from twenty years in the past. We learn of his fate when Tim Russ informs Kate Mulgrew. (Vaughn was wearing heavy Romulan make-up for the role.)
  • Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: The Dogs of War (1999) [Seskal]: Killed in an explosion when his ship is destroyed by the Breen. (Vaughn was wearing heavy Cardassian make-up for the role.)
  • Star Trek: Voyager: Survival Instinct (1999) [Two of Nine / Lansor]: Playing a former Borg drone, he presumably dies (along with Bertila Damas and Tim Kelleher) a month after the episode takes place as a side effect of their neural link to one another being voluntarily removed. (Vaughn was wearing heavy alien make-up for the role.)
  • Star Trek: Voyager: Flesh and Blood (2000) [Hirogen Alpha]: Killed in an explosion when he attacks what he thinks is Jeff Yagher's ship, only for it to turn out to be a bomb. (Vaughn was wearing heavy alien make-up for the role.)
  • Philly: Porn Again (2001) [Carl]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself after having shot and killed Jennifer Parsons. Their bodies are seen when Kim Delaney enters the room and sees them.
  • Star Trek: Enterprise: The Forge (2004) [Admiral Maxwell Forrest]: Killed in explosion from a bomb planted by Larc Spies, when Vaughn pushes Gary Graham to safety. His death is confirmed during Scott Bakula's log.
  • Star Trek: Enterprise: In a Mirror, Darkly (2005) [Captain Maximilian Forrest]: Playing the mirror universe counterpart to "Admiral Forrest" (see above), he's killed in an explosion when the mirror-Enterprise is destroyed by the Tholians, after Vaughn gives the crew time to evacuate.
  • CSI: Split Decisions (2012) [Dr. Dennis Kiel]: Shot in the chest by Joshua DesRoches.
