- The Dead Girls Detective Agency: Apparation [Nancy Graves] drowns in the Harlem River after a car crash on the BQE sends her car into the River. Her spirit tells the spirit of Gia Mantegna about this and it's shown in flashback.

- The Secret Lives of Dorks (2013) [ Samantha Gibson]: Crashes through a guard rail with Gaelan Connell to avoid a big rig, then the car tumbles off of cliffs, end over end, lands upside-down, crushes them and catches fire, both causing them to bleed and burn to death at the same time. This is actually a hypothetical situation she explains to him after he asks what else could go wrong after their first date was a disaster that left her publicly humiliated. They both survive in reality.
