- Almost Human (2013) [Jen Craven]: Raped with an alien tentacle (first vaginally then orally) by an alien-possessed Josh Ethier, which injects an alien presence into her body that then possesses her and causes her to start attacking and killing people. Graham Skipper backs over her with his car then gets out and picks up a large rock. Vanessa then begs for her life, but Graham crushes her head into mush via repeated blows with the rock.
