- Corruption (Carnage; Laser Killer) (1967) [Girl in the Train]: Stabbed in the stomach by Peter Cushing in the train compartment; her severed head is later shown in his refrigerator. (Thanks to Big O)
- The Satanic Rites of Dracula (Count Dracula and His Vampire Bride; Dracula is Dead and Well Living in London) (1974) [Jane]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood by Christopher Lee; she later returns to life as a vampire and dies once more when Michael Coles drives a wooden stake through her heart while she's chained to the wall in the basement. (Nudity alert: Topless in her 2nd death scene.)
