- Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) [Tex Diaper (death by disembowelment)]: Disemboweled when the Toxic Avenger (David Mattey) punches his fist into Trent's stomach and pulls out his intestines; after realizing that Trent's bomb will detonate after Trent's death, Toxie unsuccessfully attempts to keep Trent alive by stuffing his intestines back in. After Toxie arrives in the parallel universe, Trent's counterpart gets his neck snapped when Toxie hoists him into the air and bashes his head against a fire escape. (Played for comic effect.)
