Play Murder For Me (1990) [Tricia Merritt]: Stabbed in the abdomen by Jack Wagner.
Dead On (1993) [Marla Beaumont]: Hit on the head with a paperweight during a struggle with Matt McCoy and Shari Shattuck.
Dollman vs. Demonic Toys (1993) [Detective Judith Gray]: Shot in the chest with a laser by the "toy" robot, in the toys' warehouse/hideout. She died while talking to Tim Thomerson and Melissa Behr.
A Crack in the Floor (2000) [Jeremiah's Mother]: Killed (I don't know the exact method) by a rapist, while her son watches helplessly.

Remington Steele: Steele in the News (1983) [Chrissie Carstairs]: Suffocated (off-screen) when J.D. Cannon covers her nose and mouth with a mud pack in her dressing room; her body is shown afterwards when Pierce Brosnan and Stephanie Zimbalist discover her. (Thanks to PortsGuy)
Blue Thunder: Skydiver (1984) [Gretchen Terrell]: Killed in an explosion when James Farentino shoots down her airplane as she prepares to drop a bomb. (Thanks to Jimbo)
Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer: 24 Karat Dead (1984) [Nicole/Genevieve a.k.a. Claire]: Playing a dual role as twin sisters (both sharing the "Claire" identity), "Genevieve" falls to her death through a trapdoor when Stacy Keach pulls the lever while she's trying to kill him. "Nicole" is electrocuted when a stage light falls into a pool of water, after she had fallen in the pool during a struggle with Stacy. (Thanks to Jimbo and Dick Hertz)
