Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2005) [Justice]: Stabbed in the stomach by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje.
Next (2007) [Agent Cavanaugh]: Shot in the head (off-camera) by Laetitia Danielle during a shoot-out in the terrorists' hideout; his body is shown afterwards when Julianne Moore looks back and sees that Tory's been shot. This turns out to be one of Nicolas Cage's future visions; the movie ends before it plays out in reality, so it's unknown whether Tory will still be killed (though it probably will be prevented).
Miracle at St. Anna (2008) [Lieutenant Birdsong]: Killed in an explosion, along with Walton Goggins, when German soldiers blow up their Jeep.
A Perfect Getaway (2009) [Sherman/Kayaker]: Shot in the chest (through the hand) by Steve Zahn in the woods after Tory attempts to stop Steve from killing Kiele Sanchez.
The Kill Hole (2012) [Sgt. Devon Carter]: Commits suicide by allows himself to be shot in the forest by Chadwick Boseman.
Olympus Has Fallen (2013) [Agent Jones]: Stabbed in the head with a pen by Dylan McDermott in a double-cross.
American Heist (2014) [Ray]: Shot repeatedly by police while trying to escape, as he lunges at them after having already been wounded several times.

Sons of Anarchy: Sovereign (2012) [Laroy Wayne]: Murdered (off-screen) by Harold Perrineau Jr.'s men. His body is dismembered and cut into a dozen pieces and is later shown scattered across the floor.
Intruders: The Crossing Place (2014) [Gary Fischer]: Commits suicide by jumping from the roof of a building, despite John Simm's attempts to talk him down.
