Scary Movie 2 (2001) (Scarier Movie) [Alex Monday]: Crushed to death when Richard Moll's ghost causes a chandelier to fall on her. (Played for comic effect.) (Thanks to Germboygel)

Monsters: The Match Game (1989) [Beverly]: Body crushed/reduced into a sticky goo by the undead Tom Woodruff Jr., while Byron Thames and Ashley Laurence look on in horror.
Death of a Cheerleader (1994 TV) [Stacy Lockwood]: Stabbed to death by Kellie Martin outside Tori's neighbor's house while having a fight. (Her character and storyline was based off of Kirsten Costas).
