- Golgo 13: The Professional (Golgo 13) (1983) [Robert Dawson]: Shot in the head by Gregory Snegoff at his own request as his father (Michael McConnohie) watches in horror.
- Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (2012; anime) [Lancer]: Dies of blood loss after stabbing himself through the heart with his own spear, after being forced to do so by Kirei (Jamieson Price), his body turning into magic particles after his death.
- Fate/stay Night: Heaven's Feel - I. presage flower (2018; anime) [Lancer]: Heart crushed, and then ripped out and devoured, by True Assassin (Patrick Seitz); his body is then devoured by the Shadow.
Television Deaths[]
- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Rockstar (1993) [Rockstar]: Exploded into a million pieces after Richard Lee Jackson aimed the Mirror of Destruction at him that sent a deadly beam at him.
- Cyborg Soldier 009: Old Friends (2004; anime) [Masaru]: Blown up with Shinichi (Derek Stephen Prince) and Mary (Wendee Lee) by Van Bogoot (Steven Jay Blum), right in front of Joe/009 (Joshua Seth).
- Naruto (2005) [Minato Namikaze]: Died before the events of the series, having sacrificed his life to seal Kurama the Nine-Tailed Fox (Paul St. Peter) inside Naruto (Maile Flanagan) as seen in a flashback on the first episode, Enter: Naruto Uzumaki. His death is explored further in the Naruto Shippuden episode, Thank You, being shown when he was impaled alongside Kushina (Laura Bailey) by Kurama, using the last of his chakra to seal Kurama inside Naruto, dying alongside Kushina after completing the seal.
- Fate/stay Night: At The End of Wishes (2007; anime) [Lancer]: Stabbed through the heart with a sword summoned by Gilgamesh (Grant George).
- Gurren Lagann: I Will Never Forget This Minute, This Second (2008; anime) [Jorgun Bakusa]: Blown up alongside his brother (Paul St. Peter) inside of their shared Gunman by the Anti-Spiral forces.
- Bleach: A Miraculous Body! Ggio Releases (2011; anime) [Ggio Vega]: Killed by Sui-Feng's (Karen Strassman) Nigeki Kessatsu attack.
- Bleach: Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra, Conclusion! (2012; anime) [Ulquiorra Cifer]: Disintegrates into dust after having most of his internal organs destroyed by Ichigo (Johnny Yong Bosch), he dies after finally understanding what the heart is.
- Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works: Unlimited Blade Works (2015; anime) [Lancer]: Dies of blood loss after stabbing himself through the heart with his own spear, after being forced to do so by Kirei (Crispin Freeman), his body turning into magic particles after his death.
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Phantom Blood: The Dark Knights (2016; anime) [Bruford]: Decapitated by the executioners of Elizabeth I, alongside Tarkus (Jamieson Price), several years before the events of the episode; they are both brought back to life as vampires by Dio (Patrick Seitz).
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Phantom Blood: Tomorrow's Courage (2016; anime) [Bruford]: Upon being hit by Jonathan Joestar's (Johnny Yong Bosch) Sunlight Yellow Overdrive attack, he accepts his defeat as the Hamon from Jonathan's attack slowly destroys him, giving Jonathan his sword before collapsing into ash.
- Hunter × Hunter: Defeat × And × Disgrace (2016; anime) [Agon]: Throat slashed with a card by Hisoka (Keith Silverstein).
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Stardust Crusaders: Tower of Gray (2017; anime) [Tower of Gray]: Impaled from multiple sides and then ripped apart by Kakyoin's (Kyle Hebert) Hierophant Green.
- Hunter x Hunter: Friend x And x Journey (2018; anime) [Rammot]: Charges at Killua (Cristina Vee), only for Killua to decapitate him and crush his head.
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Diamond is Unbreakable: July 15th, Part 4 (2019; anime) [Satoru Nakae]: Blown up by Yoshikage Kira (D.C. Douglas) with Killer Queen.
