- Hell Up in Harlem (1973) [Zack]: Shot in the face by Fred Williamson after fighting on a airport baggage claim belt.
- Report to the Commissioner (1975) [Thomas "Stick" Henderson]: Shot repeatedly by police officers at the end of a stand-off in an elevator with Michael Moriarty who was trapped alongside him in it.
- Cannibal Apocalypse (Apocalypse Domani) (1980) [Tom Thompson]: Incinerated by a flamethrower.
- The Last Hunter (L'ultimo cacciatore) (1980) [Sergeant George Washington]: Burned to death after his boat catches fire during a battle with the Viet Cong on the river.
- Sharky's Machine (1981) ["Kitten" Holmes]: Neck snapped by nunchucks/beaten to death by the Chins (Dan Inosanto and Weaver Levy), assassins working for Henry Silva and Vittorio Gassman. Tony's corpse is seen shortly after when Burt Reynolds and Bernie Casey find him.

- Magnum, P.I.: Paradise Blues (1984) [Man]: Killed in a car crash/explosion along with Leslie Uggams and Nick Dimitri when Leslie causes the car that Tony is driving to veer over a cliff while they are being chased by Tom Selleck and Roger E. Mosley.
