- Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) [Motorist]: Neck snapped by Michael Myers (George P. Wilbur/A. Michael Lerner) as J.C. Brandy looks on in horror, with Tom’s neck getting ripped open and his head almost getting torn off in the process. There is an alternate version of his death in the infamous Producer’s Cut of the film, where Tom’s death is not as graphic.
- The Black Waters of Echo's Pond (2009) [Thomas]: Killed (off-screen) by the faun (Kurt Carley) in the woods; his body is shown afterwards when the faun hurls it onto the dock in front of Richard Tyson.
