- Facade (Death Valley) (1999) [Bob Kelner]: Shot to death (off-camera), along with Paige Adams, by Brad Garrett and Joe Viterelli, after Brad and Joe interrupt Tom and Paige in the bedroom. His body is shown afterwards when his wife (Camilla Overbye Roos) discovers him, then again later on in his coffin at the funeral home.

- Son of the Morning Star (1991 TV) [Charlie Reynolds]: Bludgeoned to death by a Native American warrior during the Battle of the Little Bighorn.
- Charmed: Bride and Gloom (2001) [Zile]: Shattered into pieces after being previously frozen by Holly Marie Combs and kicked by Alyssa Milano while Tom Shapeshifted into Shannen Doherty.
- Smallville: Vortex (2002) [Roger Nixon]: Shot in the chest by Michael Rosenbaum just as he was about to kill John Schneider.
