Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981) [Mark]: Is cleaved in the face with a machete by Jason (Steve Dash). The force of the blow is so strong that it causes Tom to roll backwards off the porch in his wheelchair and down a flight of stairs. The uncut version shows a few seconds more of him rolling backwards, and a more up-close shot of his bloody face.
