- Tormented (2009) [Marcus]: Impaled through the head on a fence post, after Calvin Dean's ghost throws Tom up by his underwear.
- The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard (2021) [Magnusson]: Head smashed repeatedly into a jukebox by Ryan Reynolds at the end of a brutal fight.
- Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021) [Albert Wesker]: Shot in the chest by Hannah John-Kamen. He later returns to life due to being injected with some sort of chemical.
Television Deaths[]
- Game of Thrones: Eastwatch (2017) [Dickon Tarly]: Burned alive by dragon fire along with his father (James Faulkner) on Emilia Clarke's order after they refused to bend the knee.
- The Umbrella Academy: Run Boy Run (2019) [Luther Hargreeves]: Crushed to death by falling rubble during the apocalypse [off-screen]. His partially-buried corpse is discovered when Aidan Gallagher teleports himself through time and finds Tom's body lying in the ruins of the Academy, along with David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman and Robert Sheehan.
- The Umbrella Academy: Right Back Where We Started (2020) [Luther Hargreeves]: Playing both his current self and a possible future incarnation, Tom's future self is killed in a Soviet nuclear attack on Dallas in 1963, along with the rest of his adopted family (excluding Aidan Gallagher). However, Justin H. Min manages to change history in the episode 743 and prevent war with Russia, ensuring the survival of Tom and the rest of the family.
- The Umbrella Academy: The End of Something (2020) [Luther Hargreeves]: Shot to death by Kate Walsh, alongside the rest of his family; his death is averted after Aidan Gallagher goes back in time and stops Kate from firing.
- The Umbrella Academy: Seven Bells (2022) [Luther Hargreeves]: Stabbed through the chest and slashed across it by his father (Colm Feore) in order to get the rest of their family to go along with his plan; his death is undone in the next episode (Oblivion) after Emmy Raver-Lampman rewrites reality.
- The Umbrella Academy: End of the Beginning (2024) [Luther Hargreeves]: Ceases to exist, along with Ritu Arya, David Castañeda, Aidan Gallagher, Elliot Page, Emmy Raver-Lampman and Robert Sheehan, after they allow themselves to be consumed by the Cleanse in order to restore the original timeline.
