- The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror X (1999) [Himself]: Incinerated, alongside everyone else aboard the rocket, when their rocket heads into the sun. Although it doesn't show them dying, their fate is left clear. (Played for comic effect.)
- Sons of Anarchy: Call of Duty (2011) [Georgie Caruso]: Shot to death by Kim Coates and Ryan Hurst after they fire dozens of shots in the trunk of his car after they lock him in there.
