Animal Factory (2000) [Buck Rowan] Dies after being injected with cleaner fluid in his IV off-screen.
Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth (2000) [Deputy Doughy Primesuspekt/Harding]: Playing a dual role, "Harding" is shot several times by "Doughy" on a stretcher, on top of being shot by Tiffani Thiessen (Played for comedic effect).
Kill Speed (2010) [Rhaynes]: Burned to death/killed in an explosion (along with a dying Shawnee Smith) when a shootout with Christian Monzon's assassins starts a fire in his meth lab trailer (with his fire extinguisher failing to work as he tries putting it out)

The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror X (1999; animated) [Tom Arnold]: Incinerated, alongside everyone else aboard the rocket, when their rocket heads into the sun. Although it doesn't show them dying, their fate is left clear. (Played for comic effect.)
Sons of Anarchy: Call of Duty (2011) [Georgie Caruso]: Shot to death by Kim Coates and Ryan Hurst after they fire dozens of shots in the trunk of his car after they lock him in there.
Hawaii Five-O: Huaka'l Kula (2012) [Ron Alberts]: Shot in the stomach by Tom Schanley during an argument.
