Film Deaths[]
- The Last Samurai (2003) [General Hasegawa]: Begins to commits hara-kiri and is then decapitated by Hiroyuki Sanada on Ken Watanabe orders. Later, Ken tells Tom Cruise that Togo was asking to die this way as a substitute for living with guilt.
- Night Train (2009) [Yamashita]: Shot in the chest in a shoot-out with Richard O'Brien on the train; he dies shortly afterwards with Takatsuna Mukai by his side.
- Ninja (2009) [Sensei Takeda] Decapitated by Tsuyoshi Ihara at the end of a sword fight.
- Everly (2014) [The Sadist]: Poisoned by Salma Hayek with acid while attacking her.
Television Deaths[]
- Torchwood: Cyberwoman (2006) [Dr. Tanizaki]: Killed when Caroline Chikezie performs botched cyber-conversion on him. He is discovered by Gareth David-Lloyd, with Togo having lost an eye and had multiple pieces of metal fused with his body. Gareth then drags Togo's corpse into a cell, in an attempt to hide it so that Caroline would not be discovered by the rest of his team.
