Resident Evil 7: Beginning Hour (2016) [Protagonist]: Although Todd's voice clips is used for the character and he survives the demo canonically, he can die in a few non-canonical endings: (1). If Todd attempts to escape in any other way except the attic, Todd will suddenly get ambushed by Jack Brand via being punched in the face and presumably killed and turned into a Molded off-screen. (2). If Todd escapes through the attic, but took damage from the Molded, he will begin to succumb to the Mold infection as Brand grabs him. He can also die non-canonically throughout the game.
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (2017) [Ethan Winters]: Confirmed in Resident Evil: Village, Todd was killed by head trauma from being stomped on by Jack Brand. He was later revived by the Mold infection, replacing his human body. He can also die non-canonically throughout the game.
Resident Evil Village (2021) [Ethan Winters]: Heart ripped out of chest by Michelle Lukes, but revived by his Mold infection. After killing Lukes, Todd starts withering away, later sacrifices himself via triggering an explosion to allow Jeff Schine, Katie O'Hagan, and baby Jeannie Tirado to escape in a tiltrotor. He can also die non-canonically throughout the game.
