- 12 O'Clock High: Decision (1964) [Maj. Jack Temple]: During an escape of downed flyers being held prisoner at a German factory, Tim is fatally shot by John Van Dreelen after he opens the release valve on a gasoline truck and ignites the trail to show Robert Lansing's B-17 Bomber where the pinpoint target was.
- Hawaii Five-O: Ten Thousand Diamonds And A Heart (1971) [Sheldon Orwell]: Dies of a real heart attack instead of a planned fake one during an elaborate heist on a diamond exchange and dies in the robbers' ambulance when being pursued by the police. (Thanks to Brian)
- Search: The Mattson Papers (1973) [Paul Kleinschmid]:Killed (off-camera) by unknown means by Don Pedro Colley in an elevator; he is seen entering the elevator, then Colley is seen leaving his body when it stops at a lower floor.
