Plot Synopsis[]
A woman (Megan Fox) is left handcuffed to her dead husband as part of a sick revenge plot. Unable to unshackle, she has to survive as two killers arrive to finish her off.

- The movie was filmed in Sofia, Bulgaria, despite being set in a U.S. state, possibly either New York or Indiana
- There is some ambiguity to Megan's fate as she is last seen lying motionlessly on frozen ice after freeing herself from the frozen lake. Whether she succumbed to hypothermia or simply fell into unconsciousness is uncertain.
