- Casualties of War (1989) [Tranh Thi Oahn/Girl on Bus]: Playing a dual role, "Oahn" is repeatedly stabbed in her chest and stomach by Don Harvey and is then shot repeatedly from both her front and back by Harvey, Sean Penn, John Leguizamo and John C. Reilly on a bridge and then she falls down, while Michael J. Fox looks on helplessly. (Her role as the "Girl on Bus" in the framing sequence survives the movie.).
