- Pinocchio (1940; animated) [Monstro]: Providing the voice of an enormous whale, he is presumably killed while crashing into a cliff in an attempt to consume Pinocchio (voice of Dickie Jones) and his friends (this may not be a death scene, but predictions are used just in case).
- Rooty Toot Toot (1951; animated; short) [Honest John]: Shot to death by Frankie (Annette Warren).
