The Razor's Edge (1984) [Sophie MacDonald]: Throat slit (off-screen) by Serge Feuillard. (Thanks to Dick Hertz and Sjayc)
Kafka (1991) [Gabriela]: Dies of a drug overdose as a result of being used as an experimental subject by Ian Holm. Her body is shown to Jeremy Irons in a morgue later.
Public Enemies (1996) [Kate 'Ma' Barker]: Machine-gunned in a shootout with Dan Cortese and the other FBI agents. (Thanks to Blade, G-Man, Dick Hertz and Dethroner)
The House Next Door (2002) [Helen Schmidt]: Shot in the head by her psychotic husband James Russo. Her body is shown when A.J. Cook finds Theresa, Frederic Forrest and Sean Young all dead in James' basement.

Thicker Than Water (1993 TV Movie) [Debbie/Jo] Jo dies from a hit & run driver. It turns out that Debbie, her twin, was responsible. At the end Debbie is attempting to stab a policeman, Robert Pugh when a uniformed policeman hits her with a wooden stool. She falls to the floor & remains still. It wasn't clear whether she survived the movie.
Trade Off (1995 TV Movie) [Jackie Daniels]: Shot in the stomach by Adam Baldwin while she's holding a gun on him. (Thanks to Jay, G-Man and Dick Hertz)
Once You Meet a Stranger (1996 TV movie) [Margo Anthony]: Crushed when a lighting fixture falls on her at the end of a struggle with Jacqueline Bisset; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to the police, unsuccessfully attempting to accuse Jacqueline of murder. Earth vs. The Spider (2001) [Trixie Grillo]: Fatally injured in a fall when she drunkenly staggers back in shock after seeing Christopher Cousins shoot himself; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to Dan Aykroyd. (Thanks to Stephen)
