The Twilight Zone: To Serve Man (1962) [Gregori]: Eaten (off-screen) by the alien Kanamit (all played by Richard Kiel). He is last seen boarding a spaceship for the Kanamit's planet, but the implication of his fate is obvious.

Star Trek: Catspaw (1967) [Korob]: Dies, along with Antoinette Bower, after William Shatner destroys the transmuter and causes them to revert to their true insect-like forms.
