Summary
In 1947 skeptical doctor Dr. Faraday (Domhnall Gleeson) is brought in to treat scarred combat veteran Roderick Ayres (Will Poulter) and assess his state of mind. Returning to the Hundreds Hall estate he spent his childhood, Faraday how much it has changed in atmosphere, but dismisses anything otherworldly is occurring. As odd occurrences start increasing Faraday does his best to assure Roderick and his family members that nothing supernatural is going on and continues to disprove such matters, seeking to find logical reasons behind these chilling events.
