Synopsis[]
A young married couple purchasing a Napa Valley house on several acres of land hit a snag when its previous owner Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid) refuses to let go of said property, making them wonder what he's so keen to stay hidden in this home.

Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid) - Hit in the face hard with a baseball bat then shot in the head with his shotgun after struggling with the new owner of his former home.
Mike (Joseph Sikora) - Killed by Dennis Quaid when Dennis swings an axe into his chest. His body is later found by Annie (Meagan Good) in a freezer in the basement.
