- Cold Case: Best Friends (2005) [Wilhelmina 'Billie' Ducette]: Drowns off-screen when Samantha Streets drives a pickup truck into the river to escape from Jonathan Tchaikovsky. She appears as a ghost/figment of the imagination to Samantha's older self (Piper Laurie), who then flashes back to her younger self, at the end of the episode after her death is solved.
- Westworld: The Passenger (2018) [Charlotte Hale]: Shot in her head by Evan Rachel Wood's character Dolores (posing as Tessa herself) after Jeffrey Wright had uploaded Dolores into a host-replica of Tessa, as she is overseeing Shannon Woodward's body getting dumped. She is seen again later when she is dumped with the other bodies.
- Westworld: Metanoia (2022) [Charlotte Hale]: Shot in the head by Ed Harris.

"Spider" and "Earthworm" survive the episode. (This is a reading of the book; her death is not depicted on-screen, but described in Taika Waititi's narration.)
